Put the company question before the task title.
"Prepare the supplier review" is incomplete when one team supports several entities. SOVHELM keeps company, function, project and task context visible so the request can be assigned correctly. Each person can use My Work for their current priorities while managers retain the wider operating view.
Record the owner accountable for the outcome, the assignee doing the next action, and the approver responsible for protected sign-off. Those roles can be different people, which keeps delegation legible.

A month-end evidence pack with a visible handoff.
A shared finance team prepares a month-end evidence pack for Company A. The task identifies Company A, names the finance owner, assigns collection of the bank confirmation and supplier schedule, and identifies the authorised approver for final review. Files, comments, status and the next deadline stay attached to that work.
Scheduled Work can provide the recurring rule and upcoming date. The team reviews scope and the generation preview before confirming the next task.

Before a person changes role or a request moves between teams, check:
- The correct company and legal entity, with a named owner, assignee and approver.
- The next action, an internal target and any separate final deadline.
- The required files, decision context and a reference ID that another permitted person can search.

SOVHELM is not a general ledger, payroll system or payment execution service. It does not replace accounting records, professional filing advice or the system that actually moves money. It coordinates the request, evidence, approval and follow-up around those systems.

Can a shared team work across multiple companies?
Yes. Company and function context lets a shared team review permitted work across companies. Each person still sees and acts within their configured role and scope.
How are owner, assignee and approver different?
The owner is accountable for the outcome, the assignee carries out the next action, and the approver provides protected sign-off. Keeping them distinct makes delegation and handover clearer.
Is SOVHELM a finance execution system?
No. SOVHELM coordinates requests, deadlines, approvals, files and decisions around other systems. It is not a general ledger, payroll system or payment execution service.
