Contact

Email the deletion request.

Send the request from the account email where possible to privacy@sovhelm.com.

Verify

We confirm authority before deletion.

Workspace owners may need to confirm organization authority before workspace records are deleted or exported.

Retain

Some records may need limited retention.

Security, legal, financial, backup, and audit records may be retained where required or where deletion would make workspace history misleading.

This page explains how to request deletion for accounts and data connected to SOVHELM, including access through the SOVHELM Android companion app. The Android app is a native shell for the hosted SOVHELM workspace at app.sovhelm.com, so account and workspace deletion requests are handled through the same SOVHELM privacy process.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@sovhelm.com with the subject line "SOVHELM deletion request". Include the account email, workspace or organization name, and whether you are requesting deletion of your user account, workspace content, or both.

If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for SOVHELM to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

What can be deleted

Depending on your role and workspace ownership, deletion may include user profile information, workspace membership, uploaded attachments, comments, notifications, tasks, projects, risks, decisions, compliance obligations, legal entity records, ventures, and related workspace content.

What may be retained

SOVHELM may retain limited records where needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational, financial, backup, dispute, or audit reasons. Some retained records may be minimized, archived, anonymized, or securely erased so the workspace history remains accurate without exposing unnecessary personal data.

Workspace owner requests

For organization or workspace deletion, SOVHELM may require confirmation from the workspace owner or authorized administrator. If a workspace is covered by a customer agreement, deletion timing, export, backup, recovery, and retention may also follow that agreement.

Public demo accounts

Public demo accounts use sample data for product review and walkthroughs. Demo data is not private customer data. Demo changes may stay in a browser session temporarily and may reset automatically.

Response timing

SOVHELM reviews deletion requests as soon as reasonably practical after verifying authority. Some deletion or retention outcomes may depend on the workspace agreement, applicable law, backup cycles, and audit requirements.
