Terms of Service
The commercial terms for SOVHELM’s website, product materials, and workspace services.
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Use
Built for responsible operating work.
SOVHELM is intended for founders, operators, investors, partners and teams managing sensitive venture, compliance, task and decision records.
Content
Customers retain rights to the records they provide.
SOVHELM receives the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support and improve the service according to the applicable customer agreement.
Commitments
Specific deployment promises belong in written terms.
Regional hosting, private deployment, support access and onboarding requirements are confirmed in customer agreements rather than implied by website copy.
These Terms describe the rules for accessing the SOVHELM website, product materials, and workspace services. Customer subscriptions, private deployments, onboarding, and support may also be governed by a separate written agreement or order form.
Use of SOVHELM
SOVHELM is intended for entrepreneurs, operators, investors, partners, and teams managing multiple ventures, especially owner-led businesses and lean teams. You agree to use the website and services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms and any workspace agreement that applies.
Accounts and access
Workspaces require user accounts, role-based permissions, and organization-level administration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account access and for actions taken under accounts you control.
Customer content
Customer Content may include ventures, legal entities, OKRs, projects, tasks, risks, compliance obligations, decisions, comments, notes, attachments, search references, and audit logs. You retain rights to Customer Content you provide. You grant SOVHELM the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Data control and deployment
Standard hosted workspaces, regional hosting requirements, private deployment options, support access controls, data transfer terms, and customer-controlled operating models may be documented in an order form, data processing agreement, or separate written agreement. Website descriptions are general product information unless confirmed in a signed customer agreement.
Legal entity
SOVHELM is operated by SOVHELM LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. Registered details, customer hosting region, and data processing terms are identified in the relevant order form, customer agreement, or data processing agreement where required.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse SOVHELM, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, violate others’ rights, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Product updates
SOVHELM may improve, modify, or replace features, packaging, private deployment options, and assisted operating capabilities over time. Material customer commitments are confirmed in a written agreement or order form.
Assisted operating outputs
Assisted features may help surface signals, deadlines, risks, missed replies, and priorities. SOVHELM does not use customer workspace data to train AI models. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making business, legal, financial, compliance, or operational decisions.
Fees and payment
Published pricing may describe standard hosted plans. Private deployment, onboarding, implementation, additional support, or custom requirements may require separate ordering terms, invoices, or agreements.
Confidentiality
SOVHELM is designed for private operating work. If confidential information is exchanged during consultation, onboarding, or workspace setup, the parties will protect it using reasonable care and any separate confidentiality agreement that applies.
Disclaimers
The website and product materials are provided as-is and may change. SOVHELM is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, compliance, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, SOVHELM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, except where a final agreement states otherwise.
