These Terms describe expected rules for accessing the SOVHELM website, early-access materials, and future workspace services. They are a launch-ready starting point and should be reviewed for your final legal entity, pricing, jurisdiction, and customer contracts.
Use of SOVHELM
SOVHELM is intended for entrepreneurs, operators, investors, partners, and teams managing multiple ventures. You agree to use the website and services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms and any future workspace agreement.
Accounts and Access
Future workspaces may require user accounts, role-based permissions, and organization-level administration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account access and for actions taken under accounts you control.
Customer Content
Customer Content may include ventures, legal entities, OKRs, projects, tasks, risks, compliance obligations, decisions, comments, attachments, and audit logs. You retain rights to Customer Content you provide. You grant SOVHELM the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse SOVHELM, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, violate others’ rights, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Early Access
Early-access features, pricing, packaging, private deployment options, and AI-assisted capabilities may change. Early-access materials are provided for evaluation and product development unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
AI-Assisted Outputs
Future AI-assisted features may help surface signals, deadlines, risks, missed replies, and priorities. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making business, legal, financial, compliance, or operational decisions.
Fees and Payment
Public pricing has not been finalized. Paid workspaces, private deployment, onboarding, or support may require separate ordering terms, invoices, or agreements.
Confidentiality
SOVHELM is designed for private operating work. If confidential information is exchanged during early access or workspace setup, the parties should protect it using reasonable care and any separate confidentiality agreement that applies.
Disclaimers
The website and early-access materials are provided as-is and may change. SOVHELM is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, compliance, or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, SOVHELM should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, except where a final agreement states otherwise.
